On November 2, 2022, the City Council adopted the General Plan 2035 with the accompanying Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR), superseding the General Plan 1973. The General Plan, EIR, and accompanying documents can be found below:

Annual Progress Report:
The State of California requires that all local governments prepare an annual progress report on the jurisdiction's status and progress in implementing its housing element and general plan.
