The Map Room is intended to be a one-stop-shop for maps of Martinez produced by various departments and agencies. 

Community View is a hosted Geographical Information System (GIS), which provides detailed information about properties in the city. By entering a property address or street you can view information such as property lines, aerial photos, zoning, flood zones, public & private streets, etc.  Once launched, click on the question mark icon for an overview of how to use the site, help, and frequently asked questions. The information displayed by CommunityView Maps is provided by 3rd party vendor and is not maintained by the City of Martinez.
