The City's Downtown Outdoor Dining and Retail Program application is now open. Applicants are required to thoroughly review program guidelines before completing the application. Application will be reviewed by City staff and applicants are subject to the terms and conditions of approval imposed by the City. 

This program allows for street closures on Main Street (between Alhambra Avenue and Court Street), Estudillo Street (between Marina Vista Avenue and Escobar Street), and other select streets in Downtown Martinez for qualifying businesses to take place on Friday and Saturday nights from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. This application will require detailed information about how the applicant intends to organize their dining and entertainment in an outdoor setting in the public right of way.

A fee of $250 is required upon completion of this application. Please visit the Planning Division on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to file your application.
