Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Martinez will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Municipal Code 13.04, on the following date and at the following location: 
APRIL 17, 2024, 7:00 P.M. 
Martinez City Hall, 525 Henrietta Street And / Or Zoom Video/Teleconference 
for the purpose of considering whether the City's water rates should be increased effective beginning January 1, 2025.
