Waterfront Master Plan Update

Join us! On January 18th from 6-7:00 p.m., the City Council will conduct a study session with lead consulting firm SWA Group to provide an update on the progress of the Martinez Waterfront Master Plan project; a link to the meeting agenda will be provided once posted.  Thus far, the project has consisted of a review of marina operations and conditions, identified priority improvement projects, and conducted demographic and economic data analysis to assess current market conditions and future demand.  Based on this analysis and community feedback, the consultant team will develop alternative concept plans for consideration at a future workshop now scheduled for February 22, 2023.  Come have your voice heard and shape the future of the Marina Waterfront!  Additional project details can be found by visiting www.martinezwaterfront.com
