Apply in person at County Connection, 2477 Arnold Industrial Way, Concord Mon-Fri 8:00am – 3:00pm. Cash is also accepted on the bus. You must have exact fare as driver’s do not make change. County Connection LINK provides service in Central Contra Costa County in the cities and towns of Alamo, Clayton, Concord, Danville, Lafayette, Martinez, Moraga, Orinda, Pleasant Hill, San Ramon and Walnut Creek. Eligibility: Essentially homebound, ambulatory (with or without walking aides) seniors over age 60 who do not have access to safe, appropriate transportation for medical and dental care and grocery shopping. Riders must require door to door escort with elbow or standby assistance to qualify.
